My husband and I eat pretty natural but taking a step forward and eating raw . The book is amazing and so doable !! I'm excited at all the possibilities!

This book was full of valuable information and many recipes to choose from... I also purchased Melissa's DVD and have already watched it twice I was so excited about all the recipes in the DVD that Melissa prepared . All the dishes looked easy to make.. I told my daughter about it now she is watching the DVD and my cousin is next in line to watch it... We are all going to get together to make some of those incredible recipes....
